We are here to serve our community by advocating for and building trust with mamas, papas and babies, providing care, helping parents reach their feeding goals, and teaching them to care for their newborns, infants, and children.
We are officially partnered with Lactation Network! The Lactation Network does all of our insurance billing. If your insurance works with The Lactation Network then visits for breastfeeding / chestfeeding help and support with lactation consultants like us will be covered through The Lactation Network. If your insurance does not work with The Lactation Network or coverage is not verified with the Lactation Network prior to your visit, then the visit would be private pay. Private pay rates can be obtained by emailing info@allylactation.com.

As many of you know, we’ve been billing BCBS patients through The Lactation Network (TLN). TLN has always operated out-of-network with BCBS. Their goal was eventually transitioning to in-network status. Unfortunately, due to ongoing systemic issues (some of which are discussed in a shared post on our social media and others that are broader than just one state), TLN will no longer accept new BCBS patients. This means Ally Lactation will also no longer be able to accept new BCBS patients. Current BCBS patients who are already established with us for their current child/pregnancy are not affected and can continue receiving care as outlined by their TLN portal.
We are actively exploring credentialing options with BCBS here in Oklahoma. While the state has recently updated some policies, we have not yet seen any successful credentialing outcomes for IBCLCs under the new guidelines. Because of this, we will temporarily shift to private pay for new BCBS patients while we continue to seek solutions.
We are deeply sorry for the disruption and truly appreciate your understanding and support as we navigate this evolving landscape. Please know we are advocating behind the scenes and exploring every available avenue to ensure access to care.
💛 Thank you for trusting Ally Lactation.

"I’ve referred to Sarah for lactation for over 5-10 years. She is very kind and relaxed and quickly builds an easy rapport with new moms working on breastfeeding. She is very thorough in her evaluation and clear in her education. She's consistent in sending detailed notes after appointments and on more than one occasion she has called to clarify any concerns she may have in regards to a patient. Sarah and Ally Lactation are my consistent "go to" for lactation services."
